I wouldn't rely on that as contraception tbh. If another baby wouldn't be the end of the world, then go for it, but I have heard of lots of people getting pregnant this way!

Go and have a chat about all the options with your GP.

Don't do withdrawl. A small amount of sperm is released befor ejaculation. The pill has it's upsides and down sides. Coil the same, as does the implant.

Condoms are your best bet but even they are not 100% effective. Then there's the snip.

i also am on antidep for my pnd and ocd, so i think the pill will make life even worse, so he will have to get on with condoms or i can play my spd up abit more!!!!

if anybody has tried withdrawl how long did it work for out of curiosity?

I was going to name change for this but can't be bothered but my 7 month old DS is a result of us getting a little playful before putting a condom on and then DH and us properly having sex. If you don't want another baby think carefully about what method you use. I love my DS so much and I am so glad he's here and we 'cocked up' to term a phrase , but I don't want anymore and I am now on the implant. I had also been married 17 years and we'd played this game before with no problems so just be careful, that's all I'll say.

thanks for your advice its really difficult as i had such awful problems with my ds as a result of the pill and could never go through that again, there is only 21 months between my younger two, and we did withdrawl on month 11 and month 12 dh said 'whats one more'!!! hence dd2 9 months later love her to pieces

great to hear any stories good or bad for my own sanity
