Way, way, way TMI......but I need to talk toenails.....horrid ones

DH (lovely man that he is......& downstairs doing the ironing as we speak) has horrid toenails

He was told it was an infection in the nail & that it would take months/years of antibiotics to clear them & not to bother (by several GPs)

So he came home from Papworth after 4500mg of A/Bs for his chest & is now on 100mg doxycycline permanently

Miraculously his nails are growing better - the ends are still manky but the roots are coming up straight and nice and a good colour and generally very nice

So was it the 2 weeks of massive doses that did it or will the current low dosage carry on the good work

Is it going to cure DH's only manky body feature
& finally when he is perfect again will he go off with aother woman?
