some people may remember i had a question about whether to bother with cintraception earlier in the year and thought i might as well not bother

........but i was advised by mn that i should

after some debate and rather warily i ended up taking the mini pill norgesterone

and it has been great

i am totally surprised to have no side efects at all

no periods

and it has been a great success

so thank you for the original input

oh i think it is safe enough

given i am not likely to be likely to be fertile

it does seem to have knocked my periods on the head completely

well unless the age thing averages out and you get more likjely to be pregnant nif you npick more youthful sperm donor then it would be s urprising
