Help needed for a constipated 10 month old...

Hello

My 10 month old was born with an imperforate anus. She has had a colostomy op, a reconstructive op and a colostomy reversal. She is now suffering from constipation and we are increasing her laxitives and giving her regular suppositories. It's really important that I get her pooing regularly to give her the best chance of being continent when she is older and avoiding damage from continued constipation.

Can anyone give me any tips/advice on improving constipation for her? Has anyone tried homeopathy?
