I have been smoking for 14 years. Am now on NRT (eg patches ) to try to get off the old cancer sticks. Haven't had a fag for 5 days now... getting stressed out and all i can think about is having a fag ! But I wont do it... i will beat this ! Anyone trying to kick it ? Its very hard and want to get some support/ideas from those who are in the same situation....
