I need to visit the GP but i have so many bloody things wrong with me i am embarrassed as they would need to work off a list. What makes ir worse is that a few years ago i was told to make a double appt if i needed to discuss more than one problem.

Problems are

Constant Windblush

Bloated stomach

Strange feelings in stomach

Erratic periods(19 day cycle)

And i need another smear(6months)
Not sure why as last result was ok but twice they had to repeat as inssufficent cells.

On top of chronic anxiety/depression and chronic sinsitus
God i am a wreck

They don't all sound like separate issues to me. They are different symptoms, some of which are likely to be related. E.g. wind, bloating, strange feelings in stomach, constipation could well all be related. Palpitations could be related to your anxiety.

When you make the appointment, let them know you have a few issues you need to discuss. Just don't avoid going because you think you have "too many" things wrong with you.

Good luck.

stress may be the cause of all of htme.
the tummy problems are probly all related, even if no stress
spots and erratic periods related.

probly all stress. and all related.
