do you have an intolerence to caffiene?
It may actually make you worse (if I drink coffee it actually makes me really tired) - I wouldn't do the whole red bull, pro plus stuff anyway, it's just not good for you. Silly really to ask, but are you getting enough sleep / too much sleep? Can you maybe get a little afternoon nap?
Do you take regular exercise? that can really help combat fatigue.
Have you been tested for diabetes? (Sugar and red bull certainly wont help if you are diabetic)

ditch the sugar entirely
causes your blood sugar levels to peak and trough all over the shop
you need protein with each meal, slow release carbs throughout the day

other thoughts:
do you have enough iron in your diet? and how's your diet in general
do you take any exercise?
do you - mvst vbviously regulalry get a good night's sleep?

i think it is the caffeine that is your problem tbh. Far far too much of it going on. Pro-plus is shit and should only be used short term. Honestly, you are putting your body under strain with all of that. I can talk, i drink too much coffee and coke myself. The thing with caffiene and sugar highs is they are short term, then you come down, crave caffiene, etc.

Don't just cut it out though - you will get the mother of all head aches, but slowly wean yourself off of it.

Diet wise, think about slow release carbs that are found in cereals, brown bread etc, bananas are good energy foods?

FWIW - i am the same, during the day just now, if i lay down i fall asleep and its bad because i have a 3yo DD. I think its because im not actually very active - perhaps i should listen to my own advice.

sugar, pro plus, caffeine will all make you 'crash' after the effects of waking you.

Water, peppermint tea, fresh air

I was knackered all the time and worst in the late afternoon/tea time.
2.5 weeks ago we ran out of coffee. I haven't bought any since. Am sleeping lots better and don't have that headachey crash late afternoon/early evening any more.
Drinking plenty of water instead and 2 or 3 cups of tea a day.

(my skin is a lot better too)

Get rid of all the caffeine stuff you will feel much better and more alert.

(Dp says I was v cranky for a couple of days but I reckon it was pmt).

In the meantime while you are waiting to go Drs, maybe you could take some multivitamins to see if that makes a difference. It could be that your body is missing something.

Still a good idea to get the Dr to test for the more obvious reasons.
