right go and have a shower as hot as you can bear straight after put a piece of bread in the toaster, take 3 cloves of garlic and mash them and mix with a good dollop of butter. Spread on toast and eat.
I can sympathise. My face is killing me, I am coughing up and blowing out what can only be described as lemon and lime curd and I sound like I have a peg on my nose. And that garlic idea has made me feel sick.
Steaming works. Fill a bowl with very hot water, put towel over head and inhale the steam for a few mins. You can also get menthol-y crystals (ask pharmacist) to dissolve in the water which works even better. I get sinusitis too, feeling for you!
It does sound like an AB job - but they usually kick in fast. Lying on a bed/sofa and hanging your head over the edge helps release the pressure sometimes. Or steam inhalation with some Olbas Oil in the hot water - but don't do as I did and dip your nose in the water and go around looking like Rudolph!
