about once a day, usually after picking up my rather heavy 2 yr old, but sometimes just after turning to look at something, my hip/lower back locks in this awful painful position, making my torso this twisted 's' shape.
One hip then looks higher than the other. It's really uncomfortable and difficult to walk. I've got my first physio appointment tomorrow but i'm still not exactly sure what it is, or why it's happening, hopefully they'll be able to tell me.
Bit worried i will need a hip replacement at the age of 27!
Just wondering if anyone else has had/ or has this?
