aaaaaaaagggggghhhhhh why won't my foot stop tingling?

it has been like this since Friday and it is driving me mad now. it comes and goes and seems worse or either more noticeable when I am at rest. My leg is realy achy around ankle and thigh and I'm having the odd pain wherever in my leg. It's almost as if I have carpel tunnel of my leg if such a thing exists! I get tingling in my hands quite often which can last for a few days - rhemy thinks I have fibromyalgia. What can I do to get rid? Help please
