Teething rash

My ds who will be six mths soon is a terrible drooler and no matter how often I change his bibs, he has now got a terrible rash under his chin and on the top of his chest. He seems to suffer from dry skin anyway as in the creases on his arms and legs he has red, dry flaky skin which I am using E45 on. Anybody recommend anything good which I can get over the counter for his face and chin?

sounds like eczema, check with a gp as sounds like exactly what my dd had and she needed steroid cream to clear it up xXx
