Hi my three and a half year old has had a perforated ear drum that hasnt healed for a year now. our ENT specialist has said they wont operate to fix it until at least nine. Seems like a long time not to be swimming etc. Also worried about drops going in every time he has infection in perforation. Has anyone got the same problem or has your child had the operation and at what age. Any advice or experiences appreciated!!!thanks
