Poo-sorry!

Help! Since DD2 had chickenpox last November (she is now 2.5) her poo started to become really offensive smelling-ammonia type smell and has only got slightly better. The problem is that her poo just doesnt come away from her body-you virtually have to scrape it out from between her legs (sorry sorry sorry) and to make it worse she will do several poos one after the other (9 on the run is the record).

She is dry in the day but the minute she starts to poo she wants her pull ups on and then we have to keep them on until bed time as she poos so many times.

Went to GP who did not seem too bothered. Said chickenpox can leave her lactose intolerant but he sent a sample off and from what I can see on the net it would show up as highly acidic is she had a lactose intolerance. I am allergic to wheat and have loads of allergies so was going to try to cut out wheat for a week or so and see if I see any different.

Her diet is balanced-she loves fruit and prunes (which we limit) but does anyone have any suggestions. It's been going on for months now and the doctor did not seem too fussed
