dd2 is ill. is on paracetamol in teh day, last dose at 4, then a dose of medised at 8 as she is very chesty and congested atm.

have been using vicks as well and some karvol in her room.

went to buy another bottle of paracetamol suspension and medised, epxlianed how it was being used, and was told they cant sell the two together. so got the paracetamol suspension. will go to another chemist tomorrow to get medised.

dd2 is 5.

i knew they had limited the sale of it, but didnt realise you couldnt buy both at once anymore. usually i get neurofen at the same time, as i always seem to need all three at once.

I was waiting for a prescribtion last week, when a man came in to buy Medised. He was refused but I couldn't hear why, unless I got up and walked across the chemist! Why have they started to limit it?

people were abusing it. using it just for sedative reasons. dont think they can sell it for under two's now.

that's not fair for people wanting it for their DC's who really do need it.
