For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

God I'm bored. Typing minutes up for some hideous meeting about cochlear implants. It goes on and on and on and on.

Yes, I definitely remember when Toots used to be quite filthy.

I'm disappointed we didn't get fruits of franny's loins. Had a nice ring to it.

oh well done Boco, for horrid head backing down.

Have said yes to LK2 and now have bureaucratic nightmare with LK's part-funder. They want proofs of income that are currently on taxman/-woman's desk as s/he takes his/her time doing our tax return.

I have not one, not two, but 3 different courtesy cars sitting in my driveway.

Never have I known such an efficatious (sp?) insurance company. I wonder if they will have given me 3 lots of £250 excess back too?

Are you having a pirate party FMV or sending subliminal messages to someone?

WooooooooHoooooooooo Boco
God she is a rotter
Well done you

Fmv I found a funny top today whilst sorting out my wardrobe. It's a red & white stripey long sleeved cotton top with 'all the girls love a sailor' embroidered on it & blue ribbon ties on the sleeves. It's an 8 I would guess...could you make use of it for any of your piratey things?

I've just been snuggling new baby
