For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

OsmosisBanana Thu 10-Jul-08 14:46:45

God I'm bored. Typing minutes up for some hideous meeting about cochlear implants. It goes on and on and on and on.

IdrisTheDragon Thu 10-Jul-08 14:52:34

Hello smile

Come along small baby please smile

FrannyandZooey Thu 10-Jul-08 14:54:38

Idris this baby is anything but small
I may have to post more pictures

anyway sorry I have completely and utterly dominated the conversation like a big attention seeking horse with its head through a car window

did everyone see that Boco's head said yes she could go on holiday? huzzah!

Boco Thu 10-Jul-08 14:56:22

Yes, I definitely remember when Toots used to be quite filthy.

I'm disappointed we didn't get fruits of franny's loins. Had a nice ring to it.

Boco Thu 10-Jul-08 14:57:31

Yes - isn't it great - about head backing down, I nearly did a simon and the witch style ankle click as I came out of her office.

IdrisTheDragon Thu 10-Jul-08 14:57:37

Hooray that Boco's head saw sense smile

IdrisTheDragon Thu 10-Jul-08 15:00:33

Probably not the time to say that I had a show 6 days before DD was born

TooTicky Thu 10-Jul-08 15:19:29

I have NEVER been filthy angry

Other than mud-under-the-fingernails filthy obv.

Hurrah for Boco!

TooTicky Thu 10-Jul-08 15:20:44

Perhaps we could have Franny's loins next week.

FrannyandZooey Thu 10-Jul-08 15:41:07

LOL at Boco's head seeing sense
it sounds quite funny like that

ds just back from exciting lunch out with friends
wearing his new waterproof trousers and making huge puddles in the garden and aaaaargh loads of water in the sandboat
ooooops will it go mouldy?

FrannyandZooey Thu 10-Jul-08 15:41:27

and you can get yer filthy hands off my loins

IdrisTheDragon Thu 10-Jul-08 15:52:28

Not sure Franny's loins will be up to much next week tbh.

filthymindedvixen Thu 10-Jul-08 16:30:46

did you not like my dam bursting pic??? grin

FrannyandZooey Thu 10-Jul-08 16:45:15

yy I did
I liked them all
but the horse made me do painful laughing

filthymindedvixen Thu 10-Jul-08 16:47:07

I have just iced 20 buns with skull and crossbones on

berolina Thu 10-Jul-08 16:51:48

oh well done Boco, for horrid head backing down.

Have said yes to LK2 and now have bureaucratic nightmare with LK's part-funder. They want proofs of income that are currently on taxman/-woman's desk as s/he takes his/her time doing our tax return.

OsmosisBanana Thu 10-Jul-08 16:52:44

I have not one, not two, but 3 different courtesy cars sitting in my driveway.

Never have I known such an efficatious (sp?) insurance company. I wonder if they will have given me 3 lots of £250 excess back too?

Are you having a pirate party FMV or sending subliminal messages to someone?

filthymindedvixen Thu 10-Jul-08 16:56:02

neither - cake stall proceeds tomorrow are for pirate play equipment at school

Tatties Thu 10-Jul-08 17:12:09

I am just back in. Franny I am sorry for presumptuous thread title suggestion... I actually thought that myself after posting and was fretting while I was out <premenstrual angst>

Boco that's great about the holiday!
