MMR...post jab reaction timetable?

I am due to get my DD 'done' soon, and wonder what the timescale is as far as reactions are concerned. She was fine after her 8 week jab, very grizzly after 12 weeks and ok after 16 weeks. Is there likely to be a similar reaction timewise immediately after, ie the 24 hours, or will it be 10-12 days later? We are trying to plan a trip to see friends, and wish to avoid her feeling poorly when travelling. Thanks.
