My girlfriend has told me that I have body odour, its not there all the time, but is too often. My mother had the same problem. I wash every day, sometimes more than once. I sweat a lot, even in winter, but less. I wash my clothes after one use, but sometimes they still are smelly afterwards.
Do you have any advice for me, my girlfriend would appreciate it Smile

Wash with soap. Use a good antiperspirant. Try laundry cleanser in with your washing as the scent could be lingering on your clothing. Use washing powder, not liquid

You could try avoiding onions and garlic, curry type spices for a couple of weeks and see if that helps. Drink lots of water. I think sometimes it's down to hormones etc. As I have the same hygiene routine but sometimes after pregnancy and at different stages of life I have been sweaty with odour but then it goes away again. Make sure deodorant is antiperspirant, right guard works well for my oh who used to be really sweaty but since he lost weight and started exercising, he doesn't seem to get odour anymore
