Low temp, headache and nausea

DH has had a really bad headache today but in the last hour has started to feel sick and can't move because of his headache. I assumed it was a migraine but he says he now feels shaky and weak, and I've just taken his temperature, it was 35.4 but has gone up to 35.9. Currently on hold for 111, but any clues what the problem might be?

Covid is a distinct possibility.

Low temp can be a sign of serious infection. Has it come up?

He's had a bad headache for a week or so though.

Take a covid test. Lots of people complaining of bad headaches are testing positive

Seems to be sticking at 35.9.

The out of hours doctor is going to call me.

Poor thing, I’ve had a low grade headache for nearly a week now, had a lateral covid test which was negative but I haven’t felt right, a bit foggy and weak.
I hope it’s not covid and he feels better soon.

Thanks everyone. If it's Covid, that's not great, but we can get a test tomorrow.

It's the low temperature that has thrown me, my immediate thought was it could be an infection.

Can he bend his neck and tolerate the light? Tbh, with those symptoms, he could have a migraine, meningitis, a virus - Covid is possible, but wouldn't be top of the list.

Daft question but could the thermometer be faulty? Have to taken your temperature with it to just check it’s working right?

I think it must have been a migraine. The doctor rang back at 3am (I think the Drs who do night shifts are amazing. Who would want to work through the night?!) and by that point DH had managed to sleep a bit and his temp was back up to 36.9. The dr wasn't unduly worried.
I did wonder if the thermometer was broken but DH felt very cold and I tested it on me and it worked fine.
Anyway he's up and about, if slightly wobbly this morning.
