I've had awful PMS through much of my adult life and yes, definitely worse once I got into my 40s. I've tried lots of remedies, the only thing I can say made a real noticeable difference is cutting out refined sugar.
Can anyone recommend a supplement/ multivitamin for pms? I've noticed recently that it's quite bad around 10 day to a week before period. I'm turning 40 soon, dont know if this is an age thing or maybe just more stressed with recent life events! Has anyone tried anything they could recommend?
