Ohhh, me back!(2 Posts)
I’ve moaned about lower back pain in the Menopause section and someone suggested taking Magnesium- which I did for a few weeks and it seemed to help.👍
Then on Saturday, I tried to empty out the rainwater at the bottom of our recycling bin and felt something “go” again in my lower back, right at the base of my spine. It’s been painful every since and I’ve just got back from walking the dog in a weird, stiff-legged way as it hurt every time he pulled on the lead or I tripped slightly on something.☹️ I’ve taken painkillers since Saturday, but does anyone know wtf is going on? Could it be a pinched nerve? It’s always in the place when it “goes” and takes several days to improve.
I know I’ve got to go to the doctor’s for a proper diagnosis, but wondered whether anyone else has a similar experience? I’m generally an active person so having to limit exercise is making me really grumpy.
