What's your resting heart rate?

I've just recently purchased the New FitBit Versa 3 and I love how it tracks your sleep pattern and heart rate through the day and night.
Mine seems to be a resting heart rate of 67- 75 and when I'm up on my feet doing things around the house it's around 85-90 bpm but often goes over 100 when I'm fishing around.
I'm interacted to know what everyone else's are as I have no idea what's normal and I'm just getting to grips with this new health watch 🤣

My proper resting (middle of the night I think) is between 50 & 53. But what I find most interesting is how it changes when I'm not feeling so good. A bit off colour and up it goes to mid/high 50's. Don't know how accurate it is but the relative change is a good indicator that I'm going down with something

Normally 46 but I've piled on weight and have stopped exercising over lockdown so it's risen to 51. These figures are no reflection on my fitness levels (currently low) and age (45), just that I naturally have a very low resting heart rate.

50's usually. If I'm super chilled out and resting, it can go to in the 40's.

Early 40's resting heart rate on average, but I do a lot of running.

According to the Fitbit app, my average resting is 74, right now I’m sitting drinking a cuppa and my watch says 83.

During the day pottering around at work and home, it’s anything from 80-110.

Mine is 98. Nobody can find a reason why. I take beta blockers for it.

I'm 50 and my resting heartbeat is around 42, can go lower. I'm a runner and train a lot for half and full marathons.
