DH, DS1 and 2 have all had bugs, when can I feel safe I won't go down with it?

Worrying myself to death as I have a sickness phobia and now the worrying is making me feel ill.

DS2 went down with sickness 11am on Sunday night, DH 3 hours later. DS1 went down Tuesday night but only stopped being sick yesterday night.

I'm washing my hands frequently and DH is trying to reassure me that I would have had it by now. All 3 are recovering now and I feel like a sitting duck. I'm trying to remain calm but failing as the anticipation of getting it is so much worse.

probably not safe yet - sorry! Earlier in the year dd1 was throwing up all day Thurday. No-one else went down with it until following Tuesday.... then we all got it.
