weakness in legs

Just recently i have been having feelings that my legs are goint to give way, i thought it was connected to a prolem with my back, as i got a sciatica like pain, which went, saw doctor who pressed my lower spine which was tender in places, saw a physio, who charged me £32 for 10 minutes which did nothing,
Later got weaknss in arms, after cutting the grass so put it down to that,
Also when laid in bed have a strange vibrating feeling all through my body,
I also get a jittery feeling although not physically , feels internal
Should have said it seemed to start with a panic attack, no idea why, but i have had a lot of stress in the last 2 years,
I wonder if it could all be delayed action to stressfull events
Anyone else had anything like this
The panic attack started with somehing like a hot flush and felt a sudden deep depression, almost felt suicidal, with really bad tinnitus

Could it be peri menopause? All the symptoms you are describing could be caused by hormonal fluctuations.

Hope you feel better. How are your iron / ferritin levels? Low iron can potentially cause the weakness and tinnitus too.

Low B12? Go back to the doctor and get checked out.

Go to your G.P ASAP to have them check you over, including your heart.

Thanks for replies, have had an ECG all fine, ferritin ok, bit high but not overly,i have Haemochromatosis, so ferritin is checked often
Not peri menopausal as well past meno
I still think it's a neck or spinal problem as when Dr pressed my spine lowr back it was tender on a vertibrae
It isn't there all the time, but comes and goes
Osteopath didn't even check my spine and said i have no arthritis
I would be very lucky at my age if i didn't, i was told ages ago i have it in my neck, and it cracks if i move it from side to side ,or rather seems to creak
Went to the osteo after the physiotherapist ,neither helped, but can feel my lower back feel to crunch when i try to get out of bed
Can't afford to keep paying out
