Pressure in bum (tmi)

I gave birth a couple of weeks ago and for the last couple of days I've had a constant feeling of pressure in the top half of my bum and sometimes there is a shooting pain at top of my bum .Going to the toilet and passing wind doesn't help. I'm still bleeding from birth so hesitant about going to gp right now. It's uncomfortable though and I'm wondering what it could be. :( anyone else have this?

It might be piles that are causing the pressure around your bum. They could be internal so that you can’t see anything.
