20 weeks pregnant vomiting and swollen glands

Hi All

Wasn't sure where to post this. I'm just over 20 weeks pregnant, been vomiting fairly consistently throughout but doesn't seem to be 'morning sickness' anymore as it's triggered by having something stuck in my throat, I think it's because I stopped smoking as soon as I found out I was pregnant and now everything is kind of clearing out. There's not a huge amount of sick and it's mainly bile from my throat and once this has shifted from the sickness the feeling of needing to be sick passes. The last few days there has been small amounts of blood mixed in which I think is where my throat is irritated now. I had a nose bleed yesterday after being sick and this morning I have noticed the glands under both sides of my jaw are swollen after vomiting. Could this be from the constant retching first thing in the morning or should I try and get a doctors appointment?

You are either suffering from hay fever or sinus infection, most likely sinus infection as your lymph nodes are swollen too. It's got nothing to do with your past smoking. Please contact GP and get proper treatment.
