So my daily pills consist of

X1 hayfever tab
X1 Gastro tab (for acid reflux)
X1 Sertraline (for obvz reasons)
X1 Vitamin D tab

Im also due to start my contraceptive pill again so that will be 5 bloomin tabs a day?!

I take all in morn apart from sertraline which is at night and i honestly feel like im overdosing.

How many tabs does everyone take?xxx

There's no such thing as too many! I take antihistamines, thyroid tablets, a nasal spray, asthma inhaler, movicol sachet plus 4 vitamins (d, b, magnesium and folic acid).

I take more than 5 tablets a day just in vitamins. Not including them...

Antihistamine
Gastro tablets
Antidepressant
& Secondary sleep medication when needed

Also painkillers when needed (I have 4 different options for migraines alone), various other tablets for my digestion as needed (loperamide, buscopan/semiticone, peppermint oil, lactulose, laxatives). I also use deep heat/tiger balm/ deep freeze, hot patches, cold patches, migraine gel and patches, TENS, diclofenic gel, tranexamic acid.

I have been on more in the past

Some people take absolutely tons! If you need them you need them!

I take steroids for Addison’s disease (3 a day), antihistamine, long term antibiotics for kidney issues, iron tablet for anaemia, mini pill, Utrogestan and oestrogel (HRT), 2X inhalers for asthma.....!! Etc etc etc.

As PP above say..There is no limit..if you need them you need them..
Me: Medication for Thyroid problems, blood clots, migraines, muscle problems and nerve damage.(probably all for the rest of my life).I also take the usual vitamins etc.
A 'friend' accused me of being a prescription drug addict..I told her I wish I'd been as lucky as her with her health..which ones shall I stop taking? (She's no longer a friend..she dumped me for basically being ill)
At the height of my illness chuck in the antibiotics, the anti depressants, the daily injections, the ..etc..etc.
I don't care what I need to take..They keep me well, functioning and in some cases alive!

You could take the vitamin D as an oral spray if you want to BetterYou

I take 9 pills a day. The Pill and medication for several long term conditions.

One of mine has to be timed very carefully so I only take it on an empty stomach but I’ve got into the swing of that now.

One thing that helps is I have a medication organiser - I put all my pills in once a week so they are all ready and I don’t have to think too much about it on a daily basis. I got mine from Amazon - just search for pill container and you’ll get lots of options. Mine has morning and evening sections. I have a third dose of one med so I just keep a sheet of that one handy as well,

You're only overdosing of your taking too many of 1 tablet. If you need them, take them.

I would love to take none, but with my health I could need many more so I'm happy to take what I need to to not get worse. I think healthy people really don't understand. I've had people say to me "why do you need a whole cupboard just for your medication?" Because it fills a whole cupboard 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take 1 multivitamin, 1 biotin, 1 vit D, 2 sertraline 1 antihistamine as a minimum. Also sometimes painkillers if needed. Take what you need, as long as it helps.

The pharmacy has stopped giving me my monthly prescription meds in those paper bags. Because it won't all fit. They have to use a carrier bag.
