Seretonin supplements

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is ok to take seretonin supplements whilst trying to conceive?

I've read that they help with sleep and stress/anxiety which are barriers to TTC. Wanted to try something more natural than sleeping tablets or antidepressants but not if it will be counter productive.

Anyone take seretonin and can share their experience?
