I have put on a lot of weight since lockdown resulting in my boobs becoming huge, too big for my bras, after a while they started to itch and I was uncomfortable so scratch scratch scratch and stopped wearing a bra, I am now covered in open sores/wounds that I cover in cream etc but then because they are soft I scratch innthe night and they’re open again. It’s horrendous and I don’t know what to do....any suggestions?

I'd seek help from your gp. You might need different creams

In the meantime , which creams are you using? - sudocrem Is ace for this stuff

I’ve tried sudocreme, hydrocortisone, savlon, savlon fast healing (which I think has made it worse because it’s drying out around the edges and therefore gradually getting bigger), witch stick, e45....the problem is because of where they are, they can’t seem to dry out, so just keep weeping and opening up. It’s making me so depressed. I just don’t think creams are going to work. I’m tempted to put plasters over each of them but the same issue will occur as plasters tend to make them stay “wet” too. I’m covered. My boobs, tummy, back, shoulders, face. I’ve got so much going on and this is just tipping me over 😞

They look like blisters have formed the burst and your body is trying to heal by forming a scab but it's to moist and the scab is going white and soft.
I would let the air get to them and don't put any cream on. Keep it dry and clean and let your body do it's work scabs are natures own plasters.
Infection loves a good wet/moist environment to spread. The surrounding area will also look pink/red as shown in the picture as that's part of the healing process.
However is the redness starts to spread or track then go to you GP or Walk in centre to get checked out.

If they are widespread then you definitely need to consult a gp.

Also itchiness is part of the healing process too

Wet healing isn't always bad. Hydrocolloid dressings work with keeping the area moist and help prevent scabbing and the itching that scabs normally cause

Could be impetigo. It's harmless but spreads rapidly. If it is, you'll need antibiotics. I'd go and see a go asap.

Get checked for diabetes. That can affect wound healing and skin integrity.

Definitely see GP. I know you'd feel a bit embarrassed, but better to be seen and treated than keep letting it get worse. You've tried all the usual things.

I don't see an anti fungal on the list- canestan or similar.

For the future,
Have you tried cornflour? Dab on with cotton wool balls, it will address the wetness in the wider area, but avoid putting it directly on the sore bits.

After a wash, dry all your creases with a hairdryer on cool.

Drapolene is a good cream, not a barrier cream like sudocreme, but great on hot sore areas.

I would place my bets on dishydrotic eczema. I had exactly the same sores as you and only on the breasts. The GP will need to prescribe cream and possibly oral antibiotics

Please see your GP. You need his/her help and a proper course of treatment that will help you. It looks very uncomfortable and open to infection.

I agree that you should see your GP.

In the meantime, I would try an antihistamine like Piriton to try and ease the itching. I would also keep my nails very short and wear cotton gloves at night to minimise damage if scratching does happen.

Speak to your doctor! They will most likely be able to prescribe you something to sort you out, even with a phone conversation. Our GP suggested cotton wool pads (the circular ones you use for make up removal) to protect the weepy bits while the cream she prescribed got to work.

My mum had this and it was a fungal infection. She saw the practice nurse who was really helpful.

Also if they'll do it, get your bloods checked. Her b12 was super low which caused it/made it worse.
