Hey!

My periods due but being stubborn and not appearing! I would very occasionally get a little bit of mild breast pain, but nothing bad at all. For the last 2 days though I've had the most severe breast pain in both breasts. Pain killers are barely touching it, anyone have any ideas what could ease it off? It's so severe I'm in tears with it.

I'm 100% not pregnant!

I'm 35!

It's something I've never really had bother with. I'm so confused. It feels like the pain I had when my milk came in with my son, that was like 11 years ago though 😂

It could be just hormonal changes... mine got worse approaching 40 and then really horrible early and mid 40s!

Oh I get this every month now - it's so shit! My period always seems to arrive around four days "late" - I say that because my body feels completely on the edge for those four days - terrible PMT, crazy sugar cravings and The Boob Pain, which all disappear the instant my period arrives. All happened since having children.

If it doesn't go away as it isn't usual for you I would get it checked out with a GP but very very rarely is it anything sinister just hormones 🙄

Obviously only you know though whether it's just discomfort or actually something to be worried about - get it checked out it if you're worried

Snowballer - absolute same! I feel like I'm on edge just waiting, urging my stupid womb to just bleed. My son and DP have been absolutely brilliant and are just leaving me to fester in peace. It's torture!

Thank you all. I'll keep an eye on it tomorrow. I could only imagine phoning the doctor like "my boobs hurt and I've got pmt- plz help me" 😂
