Is this normal? A few questions...

I posted something on here earlier regarding an ear infection but I think my post was maybe a bit too long for anyone to read but I am desperate so I am going to try and shorten it, in hopes someone will help me

Is it normal to have a severe ear infection, to the point you can't bite down and eat anything and it actually hurts to move your head from side to side?

Is it normal that the pain is that bad that paracetamol or any other form of pain relief isn't working right now?

Is it normal that the antibiotics the doctor prescribed me on Thursday (Amoxicillin), haven't worked one little bit and the pain is just getting worse daily?

I am in tears. This is excruciating. Will this ever go away? I'm ringing the doctors first thing tomorrow and I PRAY they will have a solution for me!
