Have you checked yourself for diastasis recti? You lie on your back on the floor knees bent and place your fingers down the area that aligns with your belly button (the area between the muscles). Raise your head and shoulder in a mini crunch and being your chin to your chest if the gap between the muscles is greater than 2cm yiu have diastasis recti
Hi guys I'm just wondering if anyone would be able to help! I'm really really self conscious about my body, really, I'm doing dieting and excersing but my belly is a weird shape would you say Diastasis recti or belly fat? X
