It may be a muscular imbalance -the glute muscles may not be firing on one side. It’s a posture thing

Caught it in the mirror, one cheek is a different shape to the other. My left has an angular bump on the top of the curve of the cheek, it's not rock hard, but does feel ever so slightly different to the other but as there seems to be more 'tissue?' there that's not surprising...anyone else had this?
I've fell on that side during two bad falls in my life, could it just be squished tissue/fat misplaced? Or something more worrisome? It doesn't hurt.
