What could this be please??

Over the past few months I've been getting vague symptoms, generally feeling like crap.

Fatigue - exhausted after doing minor things, tired all the time. I used to walk 8 miles a day and work full time as well, now doing the washing tires me out.

Aching lower arms and lower legs - ice helps a bit

Nausea which comes and goes and often diahorrea within half an hour of eating.

Possibly unrelated, but post nasal drip I've had for years, longer than the above and it's foul tasting.

It's the fatigue and achy arms and legs which have me thinking wtf. Sick of feeling so rubbish.

Anyone any ideas what it could be??

It could be anemia, you should get a blood test to check for that, thyroid and b12 defiency.
