Does anyone have experience of these? They are usually made of memory foam and sit between the thighs to help alleviate pressure on the hips, back and knees when side sleeping.
My hips and thighs literally feel like they're burning when I wake up - in fact, the pain often wakes me up. I just wondered whether one of these would help?
I use one of those pillows that have a zip so you can take stuffing out. I remove about half the filling so it's very flexible and use it as a leg pillow.
