Upper back spasm, no physios (obviously) - any ideas?

Help!
As above, working from home has exacerbated an old problem which I’d normally get sorted with a physio appointment and strapping.
Basically my upper back is going into spasm. If it continues I will soon be in agony and probably won’t be able to move / work (if past episodes are anything to go by).
So, given my usual physio is obviously closed, and an online appointment can’t help re strapping (!), does anyone have any suggestions please.
