Posture like an orang-utang...

I've always had terrible posture. Being tall and shy didn't help, and I've always suffered from back and neck pains (it's a skeletal thing).

I know it should be a case of 'sit up straight and keep your chin up' but its not so easy when it's a lifelong habit!

Has anyone had a similar issue - are there exercises you can do?
