Ive lost 15lb since January and am now 7lb off my pre pregnancy weight (baring in, mind my children are now 5 and 3). My body however is a lot different. I was looking for gentle exercise routines and stumbled on the idea of Diasis recti, checked and definitly have a good 3 fingers of separation.
I've read about mutu but it seems so expensive. Can anyonerecome any safe, sensible free you tube work outs to help strengthen the muscles?
My husband has frequent lower back problems. I also wondered if following the same routine would help strengthen his core and reduce some of his problems.
