This pandemic is really making me reevaluate my health and made me realise I don't look after myself. Now is the time to change that!
In the past I've been anaemic and had low Vitamin D, and I frequently have symptoms that make me think they're low currently.
Ideally I'd go to the docs ( or I wouldn't, as I'd just put it off and leave it) but I don't want to do that at the moment. So I'm thinking of getting myself some decent supplements? Can anyone recommend any? Thanks
