14DD feels dizzy and had blurred vision

My 14DD keeps having episodes of dizziness and blurred vision. It mainly seems to come in when she stands up or has been outside in this recent sun and then comes back inside.
She has been fine on longs walks, is eating and sleeping well....
Should I take her to the Drs?

It might be low blood pressure. Make sure she drinks lots of water and stands up slowly.

Thee are the two reasons I thought of. I have bought her an iron spray and have asked her to take vit B and magnesium daily
I am worried sick.
Perhaps I will contact the GP on Tuesday

Blurred vision is a concerning symptom, I would say.

I would definitely want a consultation with a doctor about this. Either GP or call 111 for advice.

Is the blurring linked to the dizziness - does it pass at the same time?

Does it happen when she turns her head quickly even if sitting down?

She could try Epley Manoeuvre exercises - of nothing happens, or won't harm her in any way. I'm linking to the video recommended to me by my GP when I had vertigo.

That sometimes happens to me when I'm too hot and when I stand up quickly. I have low blood pressure and sometimes this makes me faint too

My dd has low blood Pressure. Sometimes when stands up her vision goes blurry and she has sit down again and do it slowly. If it is that things that help her are - eat regularly, drink enough water, Sleep enough, have something salty to eat once a day like a bag of ready salted crisps If it’s happening a lot.
