Abdomen pain

Last couple of days I've been getting a sharp, stabbing pain in my upper abdomen. I think it might be gall bladder related because of where it is. So far it's happened when eating (immediately after/during eating).

It's quite uncomfortable but as it's not constant I can manage it.

Has anyone experienced similar? Should I try to get medical help fairly quickly or is the kind of thing where I can wait for a GP appointment?

Tia

It does sound like hall bladder. Low fat eating is the best thing to try. I'm about 18 months post surgery and I still get the pains of I eat too much fat.

It does sound like it could be gall bladder, but you really need to call your doctor and give them the details.

Thanks both - I'll attempt to speak to a GP. Is this the kind of thing that escalated quickly?
