17 weeks and Round ligament pain!!!! Ouch!!

Hey! This is my first pregnancy and im 17 weeks - as everyone might Google’s symptoms and it tells you that it is basically game over and call an ambulance I’m just looking for reassurance! I have awful period pain like cramps, getting similar spells of feeling like wind also! Any tips ideas how to soothe this? It’s been going on since about 10am today
