My teeth in my top jaw hurt right from my front teeth all the way to my back teeth and my ear is hurting like crazy, the only thing that stops the pain is gnawing on my screwed up cardigan or fleece (TMI, I know).
I've taken paracetomol, nurofen and plastered it with bonjela but still it ducking hurts.

I had jaw pain/ earache after grinding my teeth at night; have you worn down teeth at all? Go to the dentist though, as a priority I’d say!

Not that I know of, I had the pain last night before bed and it's come on again tonight but I didn't have it at all all day yesterday or today.

Sinus infection?

Sinusitis. If you press the outside of your nose just under your eyes on either side does that feel uncomfortable?

Another vote for sinuses. I've just finished antibiotics for my first ever sinus infection. My teeth felt like they were going to fall out. My top front teeth were agony and the only relief was chewing my top lip.

I know this is a strange one, but when I started at the gym I got terrible pains in my jaw, around my eyes, temples mixed in with vertigo when I lay down. It was around 6 months after starting training . Turned out i had a very tight trapezius muscle! Now I get regular sports massages and all is well, but it took me ( And various doctors) a while to figure it out!

Sinuses does make sense, I've got a cold at the moment. I never knew it could make teeth hurt though - normally when I have a cold my cheekbones hurt.
It's not hurting now as I could have ripped my teeth out.

Sinus or trigeminal neuralgia can cause horrible teeth jaw pain

It certainly was horrible, I was pacing the room as I couldn't sit still and ignore it. Bastard pain, hopefully it stays away so I can sleep later. Thanks.
