Anyone done a 24 hour urine test ?Any practical suggestions so I don't have to carry a giant bottle around with me all day?

You could have a smaller bottle if its sterlised. I know what you mean those bottles are huge, and its horrible. Hope your ok and its not too hard its very carrying that big bottle of wee around. Good Luck

Oh dear I had to do loads of these while pregnant with ds (pre-eclampsia), fortunately for most of them I was in hospital where there were lots of huge bottles of wee lined up by the toilet! If you mean you need to do it while you're at work I don't think you have any option other than a large bottle as you'll need a whole day's worth. Could you do it on a Sunday? Failing that, could you have the day off? I think you should be entitled to sick leave for something like that. Would be horrible to have to do it at work unless you have your own private toilet! When I had to do them at home I just didn't go out for very long - sorry not too helpful but lots of sympathy.

TBH, I'd call it sick leave. It's obviously necessary, and you need to do it right. I too did this lots when pg. with pre-ec. and it's not something I woudl have wanted to do at work - bad enough having to do it in hospital!!

good luck!

Plastic jug makes collecting it and pouring in to the bottle easier and then you can throw it afterwards.
