Coccyx pain and pregnancy - please help!

Earlier this week I fell down the stairs in my house and went down on my bottom/back all the way. Was advised to go to A&E as I am 18 weeks pregnant (had a scan and everything is fine with the baby).

I have had excruciating pain in my coccyx ever since which is particularly bad when lying down to go to sleep and driving. My job involves driving around 3 hours a day so I'm worrying about what I'm going to do come Monday. Does anyone have any advice as to pain relief/ways of naturally relieving the pain? Obviously medication options are limited due to my pregnancy. Thanks
