Why cant i wee?

I have not weed since 8 am. I do not feel uncomfortable nd habe been drinking usual mix of water fruit teas and a smoothie.

I had a thing where I couldn’t see and was desperate , turned out to be a kidney infection. Painkillers and antibiotics
