I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 15, luckily didn't need the operation just regular checks to keep an eye on progression. As I got older it caused me more pain, however never bothered me during both pregnancies. Between first and second pregnancy I had physio and was put on strong pain killers, which didn't seem to help. Fast forward to 9 week pp and I am in agony!! I can't get comfy day or night, I'm regularly taking paracetamol but it doesn't seem to be easing the pain. I'm going to try and get a doctors appointment because I'm fed up of being in pain and the lack of sleep is affecting my mood. Has anyone got any experience, exercise suggestions ....help!!
