Laparoscopy/gynae appt tomorrow - advice?

I have an initial laparascopy/gynae appt tomorrow and am very nervous.

About 2 years ago I started having very painful periods, resulting in being off work at least a couple of days a year each time. The pain was debilitating and I also had pelvic pain loads during the month.

Finally saw a doc who initially tested fh/lsh levels. Initially seemed low but eventually said everything fine. She still suspected endo so referred me on.

I have my hosp appt tomorrow but the strange thing is that for the last couple of months I've been ok. Still getting heavy periods and a brain fog but able to work ok. I'm not sure whether to go ahead with the op or not. Anyone even though it?
