Pins and needles

My elbows have been a bit achey on and off for a few months, I have a big 16 month old who doesn't yet walk.
It was bad a few weeks ago overnight with pins and needles and numbness at night in my hand (little and ring finger), from my elbow down.
It cleared up but now it's back again! The pain has now gone but even when my elbows and forearms just touch the bed I seem to start feeling numbness/slight pins and needles. It's easily stopped by moving my arm. It's waking me constantly!
Doesn't bother me during the day though 🤷‍♀️.
Anyone had this and any tips? Because it doesn't just seem to be when my arms are bent.

I thought that, but would it still happen when my arms are straight and just touching the bed?

I get bad pins and needles and numbness when my vitamin B12 is low. Are you eating ok? Do you have any thyroid issues or other autoimmune conditions? Any other odd symptoms that could be related? Maybe ask for some blood tests to see if everything is ok.
