For the last four days I’ve been getting a tingly feeling in the front of my left thigh. Its hard to explain, a bit like mild pins and needles/ slight shiver feeling just in one patch of my leg. It comes and goes constantly. Has anyone else had this?

Have you also had lower back pain?

I ask because the nerve that serves that patch of skin is from nerves L3 or L4 which exit the spine in the lower back. So sometimes if there is impingement or inflammation at the nerve root or along the nerve it can cause tingling on the skin there.
If it were me I’d see my GP about the fizzing.

Thank you for replying. I walk 12 miles a day so might have something to do with it? I will see my gp x

See GP is the best advice, tingling should always be checked out.

Thank you I will. It’s not painful just irritating, feel a bit of a fraud going to the gp but I will make an appointment

@Paddingtonthebear just seen your post, it just wore off in the end. I'm out to g it down to a pulled nerve or muscle Smile
